Terms of Service
An adult of at least 18 years of age or older must be present during the entire time of service.
Service Fee: $20
This is NOT an additional fee. This is included within the service price. If for any reason the service must be cancelled while a technician is on-site or if a technician is unable to complete the service the customer must pay this fee for the troubleshooting, work and travel done by the technician.
Customer Responsibility:
We are not responsible for any data loss. It is the responsibility of the customer to back up their data. We do our very best to protect your data from loss.
We do not provide any hardware or software during the service. If additional hardware or software is needed to complete the service, we will make recommendations and assist the customer in ordering the product. The customer is financially responsible for any product.
Please provide a safe working area for the technician. A working internet connection must also be provided to run updates, test connectivity and research as needed.
Remote support (For businesses only):
Remote support includes email, telephone and VPN/remote desktop.
Instant support is not guaranteed.
We may ask to call you back while we troubleshoot and come up with a solution.
